Each of our dresses is made with care and precision according to the size chart. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Please allow a minimum of 3 months for production, although we always strive to deliver sooner whenever possible.

Pre-Loved Dresses
Once payment is received, pre-loved dresses will be packed within 48 hours and shipped promptly.

• If the dress is shipped from our studio, you will receive a Courier Guy tracking number once dispatched.
• If you are purchasing directly from a seller, all shipping and delivery arrangements must be discussed and agreed upon between you and the seller.

Yes, absolutely. While our dresses are typically made in standard sizes, we understand that every body is beautifully unique. If you have a smaller bust and fuller hips — or any other combination — we can tailor your gown to fit your exact proportions.

To do this, we’ll need detailed measurements to create a custom pattern just for you. There is a small fee for this service, as it involves designing a new pattern, but we’re more than happy to discuss your needs and ensure your dress fits you perfectly.
